3. 2-Year Warranty 3.1. Warranty Coverage All repairs performed by The Phone Repair Shop are covered by a 2-year warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship on the replaced parts and associated labor.
3.2. Exclusions The warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.
Additional damage unrelated to the original repair.
Unauthorized tampering or repairs conducted by third parties.
Damage caused by liquid, excessive heat, or physical impact after the repair.
3.3. Warranty Claims To make a warranty claim, you must provide proof of repair, such as your original receipt. The Phone Repair Shop reserves the right to inspect the device to determine if the warranty applies.
4. Repair Process 4.1. Diagnostics Before proceeding with any repair, a diagnostic assessment will be conducted to identify the issue. You will be provided with a quote for approval before repairs begin.
4.2. Turnaround Time While we aim to complete repairs promptly, repair times may vary depending on the complexity of the issue and parts availability. Estimated completion times will be communicated to you.
4.3. Data Backup The Phone Repair Shop is not responsible for data loss during the repair process. Customers are advised to back up their data before submitting their devices for repair.
5. Payment Terms Payment is due in full upon completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of payment as specified by the store.
6. Liability 6.1. The Phone Repair Shop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the repair process, including but not limited to data loss, loss of device functionality, or delays. 6.2. Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided.
7. Abandoned Devices Devices not collected within 90 days of notification of repair completion will be considered abandoned. The Phone Repair Shop reserves the right to dispose of or recycle abandoned devices.
8. Customer Responsibilities Customers must provide accurate information regarding the device’s issue and history. Failure to disclose previous repairs or damage may void the warranty.
